Overview
Chatnest embeds Zalo Web inside the app and builds a shop's toolkit around it: your saved templates as one-click replies in the chat, “send later” for whatever you have typed, an auto-reply switch and a private note on each conversation, bulk sends to friends, groups or a list of phone numbers (now, or on a daily, weekday or monthly schedule), friend requests by phone, and HTML exports of whole conversations with their photos. Every account keeps its own session, settings and templates, and nothing goes through a third-party API. From 0.7 it also signs into Facebook: read your groups or find new ones by keyword, and schedule one post into many groups with safe spacing.
Chatnest is a Windows and macOS app that puts Zalo Web inside one window and adds what a shop needs around it. Sign in by scanning the QR code once, as in a browser; the session is kept. Each account you add gets its own isolated profile, you switch between them from the sidebar, and every account keeps running in the background, so schedules and auto-replies work even while you are on another tab.
The Zalo tab is the real Zalo, with Chatnest's tools inside it. A bar above the composer lists your templates: one click fills a message for the open conversation, with {name} already replaced. “⏰ Send later” takes what you have typed and schedules it (15 minutes, tonight at 20:00, tomorrow morning, or any time you pick). Under the chat header you get an auto-reply switch for that conversation (answer every incoming message with a rule or a template, or mute all rules for this chat), a private customer note that saves itself, a one-click export, and the labels and “do not send” mark from your contact list. While the tool is working in Zalo, an overlay blocks stray clicks so nothing breaks.
The Contacts tab reads your friends and groups, hidden chats included, into a list ordered like Zalo with unread counts and pins, with labels and an exclusion list; members and phone numbers can be added from CSV files. The Send tab is where you tick recipients, write once with {name}, {date}, {weekday} and {Hi|Hello} variants, attach photos, then send now or schedule: once, daily, on chosen weekdays or monthly, with an end date. Every send is a campaign with a progress bar, retry for failures and cancel for what is pending.
Auto-reply answers incoming messages that match your keywords, with a cooldown per contact and a log of what was sent. Friend requests go out from a group's member list or from phone numbers, paced with a daily cap and recalled automatically if unanswered. Quiet hours and daily caps keep each account safe; the app lives in the tray, sends system notifications, keeps the PC awake while a send is due, and updates itself.
Facebook accounts work the same way: sign in once inside the app, and Chatnest reads the groups you are in, finds more by keyword (public or private, member counts shown), or takes a CSV list. Pick groups, write one post with photos and {name} / {Hi|Hello} variants, and post now or on a schedule: each group gets its own post, spaced minutes apart with a random extra wait, within a daily cap and quiet hours. Public groups you have not joined are joined first; groups that need approval or do not allow posting are skipped and marked. A campaign view shows what went out, what waits and why something was skipped.
The app is activated per computer: copy the Machine ID shown on the activation screen and send it to the sales person who introduced Chatnest to you, or message the fanpage facebook.com/profile.php?id=61595586440737; you get an activation code for that computer, valid until the date you buy. Want to try it first? Ask for a short-term code. The Machine ID comes from the motherboard (the hardware UUID on a Mac), so reinstalling the OS does not change it and your code keeps working.
Questions or problems? Message the fanpage facebook.com/profile.php?id=61595586440737, join the Chatnest group on Facebook facebook.com/groups/2605128183336125, or join the customer support group on Zalo zalo.me/g/d4xbb3ddkxmvgcwxtrgi – ask about setup, scheduling or activation and get help directly. Free 7-day trial codes are given out on the fanpage: like the page, join the group and send your Machine ID.
