How do I play?
A group of pads on the 4 x 7 board glows and a timer bar starts. Tap every glowing pad before the bar runs out and the next group appears. Level 1 lights 2 pads at a time; after 5 groups you level up, the group gets one pad bigger (up to 14, half the board) and you get less time per pad. Tapping a dark pad, or letting the bar run out, ends the run at once. Your score is the number of pads you popped. On the title screen you can push the pads in and out freely, like a fidget toy.

How does CONTINUE work?
Once per run, after a miss, a popup appears over the board with a 6-second countdown. WATCH AD plays a short rewarded ad and then you keep playing at the same level and score; NO THANKS (or letting the countdown finish) ends the run and shows the results. If you own Remove Ads, the button reads CONTINUE and no ad is shown. The offer only appears when an ad is ready, so you may not see it while offline.
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads, or I changed phone
Open the game while connected to the internet, tap NO ADS, close the store sheet it opens, then tap RESTORE in the REMOVE ADS screen (iOS). On Android, reinstalling with the same Google account restores the purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. When the purchase is active, the NO ADS chip disappears. If it still does not work, email me with the order number from your store receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the stores, so refunds are too. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play refund help.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, tap the PRIVACY chip to review or change your consent: it is in the REMOVE ADS screen (opened with NO ADS), or in the top corner once you own Remove Ads. Everywhere, you can reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Details are in the privacy policy.
My scores are not on the leaderboard
On iOS, sign in under Settings > Game Center, then reopen Candy Pads; your best score is submitted at the end of each run and RANKS opens the Game Center leaderboard. On Android, RANKS is shown only when the Google Play Games leaderboard is available in your version of the game; otherwise your Top 5 is kept on the device.
How do I reset my scores?
Scores are stored only on your phone. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data on Android (Settings > Apps > Candy Pads > Storage > Clear data), resets them. A Remove Ads purchase is not lost: tap RESTORE afterwards (iOS) or reinstall with the same Google account (Android).
Does the game need internet?
No. You can play fully offline. An internet connection is only used for ads, purchases and the online leaderboard.
